Ask a Technical Question →How the film works
A film layer. No glue coating.
- 01Protective PE filmA flexible covering takes the light rubbing and dust that would otherwise reach the finished surface.
- 02Close surface contactThe film clings without an added glue layer. Smooth, clean surfaces allow more even contact.
- 03Your glass or panelThe protected part stays underneath. Peel the film off when temporary protection is no longer needed.
Common applications
Where this film is commonly used
Cover a smooth, finished surface to help keep off dust and light handling marks. Remove the film when the part is ready for its next step.

Glass panels
Cover glass panels while they move between workstations or wait for packing. Keep grit out from under the film.

Display cover surfaces
Cover the smooth outer face during assembly and packing. Specify anti-static needs separately for sensitive electronics.

Acrylic & PC panels
Protect signs, clear covers and glossy panels from light contact marks. Trial any hard coating or printed finish first.

Polished metal panels
Cover a smooth finished face during indoor handling. Check cling and removal on the actual metal finish.

How to Apply & Remove the Film
Follow one glass panel from cleaning to removal. Choose a step to inspect it, or play the full sequence.
Wipe with a clean, soft cloth
Press a clean, soft cloth flat against the glass and wipe away dust and grit. Use a cleaning method suitable for the surface, then let it dry completely.
Illustrated dry application on smooth glass. Blue makes the clear film visible. Use clean tools that will not scratch your surface.
Check for lifting, haze or marks after the full protection period. For coated surfaces, heat or outdoor exposure, include those conditions in the sample trial. Remove the film before the product enters its intended service.

Frequently asked questions
Product questions & ordering information
Product & use
How does the film stay in place without glue?
The PE film is made to cling through close contact with a smooth surface, without an applied adhesive coating. Clean, dry glass and glossy panels are useful starting points. Roughness, dust, oil and loose edges can reduce contact.
Which surfaces can I protect?
Typical uses include smooth glass, acrylic or PC panels, display covers and polished metal. Try coated or printed surfaces on a small area first. This film is for temporary handling and packing protection; it is not a permanent window film or a glass safety film.
Does static cling mean the film is anti-static?
No. Static cling describes how the film attaches. Anti-static or ESD performance concerns how a material controls electrical charge. If your process needs it, specify the required test and acceptance limits when requesting a film.
Will removal leave marks, and can I reuse it?
There is no applied glue layer to transfer, but surface compatibility still needs checking. Peel the film slowly and inspect the part after the expected protection time. Dust, contamination and stretching can affect reuse, so do not assume a used piece will perform like fresh film.
How do I choose thickness and custom dimensions?
Choose thickness for the handling and flexibility your part needs, then trial the film. We offer 0.03–0.15 mm thickness, roll widths up to 1200 mm, slitting and custom pre-cut shapes. Send the size, units, quantity, tolerances and drawing for a quotation.
Ordering & delivery
What are the sample and bulk order lead times?
Samples can be prepared within 48 hours. Bulk orders usually take 7–15 working days. Lead times start when the required payment is received; for orders on deposit terms, this means receipt of the deposit. Shipping time is additional.
How is the film packed? Can I customize it?
Standard packing is clear bags and cartons. Custom packaging and printed labels are also available. Include your packaging or label requirements with your inquiry.
How can you ship my order?
We support express courier, air freight and sea freight. You can also use your own freight forwarder. Share your destination and preferred shipping method so freight costs and estimated transit time can be confirmed for your order.
What are your payment methods and terms?
Payment is by T/T (bank transfer). Orders below US$5,000 require 100% payment in advance. Orders of US$5,000 or more require a 50% deposit, with the remaining 50% paid before shipment.
What will the quotation confirm?
The quotation confirms the product specification, size or drawing, quantity, price, minimum order quantity, packing, production lead time, shipping arrangements and payment terms. Include any sample requirements with your inquiry.
