Wiring tape Introduction
Specially engineered for vehicle wiring protection, Automotive Harness Tape features a durable PVC or non-woven fabric backing with a high-performance rubber or acrylic adhesive, designed to withstand temperatures from -40°C to 105°C and harsh automotive environments. This tape provides abrasion-resistant bundling, vibration damping, and moisture protection for cables, wires, and connectors in engine bays, dashboards, and underbody systems. Its flame-retardant properties (UL 510/UL 94 V-0 compliant) and resistance to oils, fuels, and UV exposure ensure long-term reliability in critical applications. The tape’s flexible, conformable design adheres tightly to irregular shapes without loosening, while its clean removal minimizes residue. Ideal for OEM assembly, aftermarket repairs, and EV battery harnesses, it complies with SAE J844, ISO 6722, and RoHS/REACH standards.
