Acetate cloth tape Introduction
A high-temperature, flame-retardant insulating tape, Acetate Fabric Tape combines a robust acetate fiber cloth backing with a pressure-sensitive rubber or silicone adhesive, engineered for continuous use up to 130°C (Class B insulation) and short-term peak resistance to 155°C. Ideal for motor winding, transformer insulation, and electrical coil binding, it provides excellent dielectric strength (≥3 kV/mm), abrasion resistance, and compliance with UL 1441 flame-retardant standards. The tape’s flexible, non-slip design adheres securely to curved surfaces, wires, and laminated cores while resisting oils, solvents, and humidity. Suitable for automotive harness wrapping, appliance repair, and industrial equipment requiring durable electrical insulation, it leaves minimal residue upon removal. RoHS/REACH compliant and tested per ASTM D1000 for tensile strength.
