Teflon Tape Introduction
Engineered for ultra-demanding industrial environments, Teflon Tape combines a non-stick PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) film with a high-temperature silicone adhesive, delivering unmatched performance from -200°C to +260°C with short-term resistance up to 300°C. Renowned for its ultra-low friction surface and anti-adhesive properties, it prevents residue buildup in critical applications like food processing molds, 3D printing heat beds, and composite curing. This tape resists virtually all chemicals (acids, solvents, oils), offers exceptional dielectric strength (≥10 kV/mm), and complies with FDA 21 CFR 175.105 for indirect food contact. Ideal for non-stick masking, release liners, and insulation in semiconductor, automotive, and aerospace industries.
